Do you accept insurance?

Nourish Your Mind can work with most insurance plans! We will gladly call on your behalf to find out your specific coverage and in most cases will be able to bill the insurance directly from our end to save you the hassle of extra paperwork. 

Integrative Nutrition is considered a holistic or alternative medicine and therefore is not covered by most insurance plans. If you have out-of-network coverage, you are encouraged to call to check if your plan may cover your nutritional services. Nourish Your Mind will gladly provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company.

Do you work with children?

Nourish Your Mind currently provides one-on-one psychotherapy services to ages 10+, however, Integrative Nutrition services can be provided to mothers, fathers or guardians in order to help benefit a younger child. By learning about a whole food nutrient-dense diet, you can learn to support your children’s health in a new way. Dealing with a specific health issue? We can tailor your nutritional education to those needs.

Does Nourish Your Mind’s Integrative Nutrition replace my Doctor?

No. Our Practitioners are not medical doctors and do not diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Integrative Nutrition is complementary to your work with your physician, will help support any medical conditions you may have and help you reach your health goals. During our work together, you will be encouraged to maintain open communication with your doctor. Your Integrative Nutritionist will coordinate care with your doctor as needed, with your permission. Should you choose to discontinue any medications during your therapy, this should be done under the supervision of your prescribing physician.
